James Yarger, an industrial designer based in Portland, Oregon (USA) has designed single seat hydrogen powered fuel cell vehicles designed for inner cities, which he dubbed the Yarga YoYo.
Yarger envisions that the vehicles could be made available for rent, similar to the systems in several European cities (Paris, Copenhagen) which rent out bicycles by the hour. Users type in their destination in an onboard computer and the vehicle drives itself to the destination.
