VW Develops Technology Auto Pilot

Auto Pilot VW developed a system that allows the car drove itself  without the need of our control wheel. With a variety of  driver-assistance systems, a car without a driver can drive up to 130  miles per hour. Driving a car was now like flying.
 
 In Volkswagen's press release on Friday (24/06), so that cars can drive  themselves, Temporary Auto Pilot system was equipped with adaptive  cruise control system and lane assist (which helps the car stay on the  track).
 
 Although the car can drive itself, the driver can still control the car if needed.

 VW system was developed as part of research funded by the European  Union that is HAVEit (Highly Automated Vehicles for Intelligent  Transport).
