Due to growing customer demand for bespoke items, Rolls Royce is expanding its Bespoke operation with the addition of new team members, including designers, engineers and project management staff. By the end of 2011, the number of team members will have doubled, and will bring the total number of Bespoke experts to more than 50.
Rolls Royce has seen an increase in demand from customers for personalised bespoke features this year. Additional Bespoke designers, engineers in manufacturing and project management will be recruited to keep up with demand. Product marketing and sales functions will also see expansion.
Rolls Royce Bespoke operations provides a service for Rolls Royce customers to commission cars which suit their specific lifestyle, for example picnic sets colour-coded with the car's interior or integrated storage for the owner's belonging.
