With a development based on lightweight construction, efficiency and reduction, the Audi urban concept is not based on any previous model.
The exterior design highlights include freestanding 21 inch wheels and surrounding protective plates which feature 'blinking' LED light strips. The body design is sleek and dynamic.
The interior provides staggered seating for two people at a low sporty height. All of the controls and materials are ultra-lightweight. Entry is through the tailgate, and the roof can be manoeuvred and slides to the rear to open. The cockpit consists of carbon fibre-reinforced polymer (CFRP), which integrates the undercarriage of both seats.
The Audi urban concept will be powered by two e-tron electric motors and a lithium ion battery for powerful acceleration.
