At the EcoVelocity Show at Battersea Power Station in London between 8th and 11th September 2011, Volvo's DRIVe vehicles will be on show, with the Volvo C30, V60 and XC60 available for test drives around the specially created route.

All nine models of the Volvo DRIVe range will be available. The Volvo S60, V60, XC60, V70, XC70 and S80 have CO2 emissions of under 120g/km, while the Volvo C30, S40 and V50 produce under 100g/km, meaning exemption from the London Congestion charge as well as benefiting from free Road Tax.

Event founder and organiser Giles Brown commented, "In the absence of the British Motor Show in 2011, EcoVelocity will be the most important and definitely not to be missed motoring event of the year."

"It is going to be of great interest to motorists learning what the industry has to offer them right now and in the future. People perceive that being environmentally sympathetic must mean switching to battery electric power or full hybrid cars. EcoVelocity is about real-world cars for real-world motorists."
