Hyundai Veloster
Hyundai has announced the full pricing, specification and insurance group rating for the all new Hyundai Veloster, with prices starting from £17,995, on sale from February 2012 in the UK.

It showcases a sleek and distinctive design in an innovative three-door coupe form that provides practicality, and individuality as well as dynamic performance. It offers a bold new colour palette and with the choice of bigger wheels with colour inserts, panoramic sunroof and the option of red leather interior on the higher Sport trim level, customers can stand out from the crowd. We expect the Veloster’s unique combination to re-shape its segment and attract new buyers to the brand."
With an insurance group rating of 16E, the Hyundai Veloster will be available in two trim levels - Veloster and Veloster Sport - powered by a 1.6 litre four-cylinder GDI petrol engine producing 140PS. A six speed manual gearbox or Hyundai's first dual-clutch transmission will be available, alongside Hyundai's Blue drive technologies including Intelligent Stop & Go technology and low rolling resistance tyres allowing for CO2 emissions of 137g/km and combined fuel economy of 47.9mpg.
Standard features for the Hyundai Veloster include 17" alloy wheels, a 7" Touch screen media centre (with the capability of playing games through consoles and films from smart phones), Bluetooth Connectivity with voice recognition, climate control air conditioning, reversing sensors, front and rear fog lights and striking LED daytime running lights. A stereo RDS Radio/CD Player with MP3/WMA compatibility and an iPod connection also features, with the ability to control all functions on the leather steering wheel.
The Hyundai Veloster Sport includes 18 inch alloy wheels with colour inserts, black leather upholstery with heated front seats, a panoramic sunroof with tilt and slide function, cruise control, keyless entry with engine start/stop button and alloy pedals.
The hyundai Hyundai Veloster Sport can be specified with A media pack which contains touch screen satellite navigation with rear view parking camera, Parking Guidance System and 7 speakers including Amp and subwoofer and red leather interior.
