Ian Dugdale - Vauxhall Fleet Aftersales Development Manager
Ian Dugdale has been appointed as Vauxhall's Fleet Aftersales Development Manager.
Ian will work alongside Andy Boocock, Fleet Programmes and Systems Manager, working field based, to develop and promote the Vauxhall Aftersales offering to fleet customers.
Over the last ten years, Ian has worked for a contract hire company, responsible for most areas of the business such as managing Aftersales, fleet management and customer care.
Ian is also a fully qualified motor vehicle technician having previously worked in Vauxhall Retailers and independent workshops. In his new role, Ian will be required to increase Aftersales part sales to self-maintaining fleets and improve service retention for Vauxhall Fleet Aftersales.
