Toyota Prius Plug in Hybrid
The 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show will see the world premieres of the new Toyota Avensis and Prius family of full hybrid models. On show for the first time will the new recently launched new Toyota Yaris.
The new Toyota Avensis sees revisions made to the exterior style, to feature Toyota's new design language. The interior has been improved both in terms of looks and feel. The powertrains and driving dynamics have also been tweaked.
The new Toyota Prius family of models will be introduced at the Frankfurt Motor Show, including the full hybrid model has been updated, which will be joined by the production version of the Prius Plug-in Hybrid and the seven seat Prius+.
Each Toyota Prius model caters for specific needs of the customers. The Toyota Prius Plug-in Hybrid, the most technologically advanced Prius to date, with Co2 emissions as low as 49g/km. The Toyota Prius+, delivering sub-100g/km Co2 emissions is the first seven seat model in Europe powered by a full hybrid powertrain.
